For every moment of your day, there are small and large taste sensations: a sweet awakening with fresh crêpes served personally by Jan, homemade bread or our famous croissants, all the pleasures of the table with traditional Ladin dishes.


To start the day well with an enchanting breakfast: a rich buffet with strictly fresh dishes and homemade delicacies. From crêpes made on the spot to freshly squeezed juice, from warm croissants to artisanal marmalades and yoghurts. A morning feast of goodness.

Our food unites the joy of admiring the visual creativity of food, the flavour of tradition and the taste of produce from Val di Fassa.

For dinner, a 4-course menu with a choice between different options is waiting for you to complete the day with taste. Between secret traditional recipes and tasty culinary innovations, our chefs will prepare a surprising dinner or flavourful lunch.

Our starters suit the taste of your fantasy: the freshness of homemade pasta, the delicateness of homemade gnochetti that melt in the mouth, the character of the soups and their strong flavour, for when you fancy something light.

Jan and Mathias offer three different options for main courses to meet everybody’s requirements: a meat, fish and vegetarian dish. All alternatives are deliciously accompanied by a buffet of fresh and oven-cooked fruit and vegetables, by a cheese board and, last but not least, by desserts!

For our younger guests, there are individual menus with dishes that they prefer, high chairs, crayons and paper to draw on.


We understand the difficulty that a Guest suffering from food allergies or intolerances can find, such as those who have issues with coeliac disease. This is why we have decided to dedicate special attention to preparing delicious gluten-free meals for all different tastes. If you notify us of your food requirements at the time of booking, we will be able to make your holiday in Moena special even at the table.


Our duty does not end here. Protecting our environment with every approach is so important to us, that we also put this care into preparing meals, respecting the criteria required to receive the prestigious environmental certification of “Ecoristorazione Trentino”. We offer menus with Trentino produce, organic food locally sourced where possible, we save as much energy as possible and we also respect the environment through the use of ecological products when cleaning the kitchen.
