For lunch and dinner, a 4-course menu with a choice between different options is waiting for you to complete the day with taste. Between secret traditional recipes and tasty culinary innovations, our chefs will prepare a surprising dinner or flavourful lunch.
Our starters suit the taste of your fantasy: the freshness of homemade pasta, the delicateness of homemade gnochetti that melt in the mouth, the character of the soups and their strong flavour, for when you fancy something light.
Jan and Mathias offer three different options for main courses to meet everybody’s requirements: a meat, fish and vegetarian dish. All alternatives are deliciously accompanied by a buffet of fresh and oven-cooked fruit and vegetables, by a cheese board and, last but not least, by desserts!
