Late Check in: from 23:00 to 00:30 - upon request, additional charge of 20 euro per room.

Cancellation conditions
A 30% deposit is asked as a confirmation of your booking.
In case of cancellation before 14 days of your arrival date you will get a voucher of the same amount of the deposit to be used for a next holiday within a year.
After 14 days the deposit will not be refunded.
No reductions or refunds for unused meals, late arrivals and early departures. The offers and discounts are not cumulative and are valid only if confirmed by the Management.

By choosing Besafe Rate you’re certain of receiving a refund in case of an unexpected event! The rate is special for travels with peace of mind, with an added value for you and your loved ones. Besafe Rate covers up to 100% of the refund of your stay in the cases provided and includes free of charge a cancellation insurance for unexpected events, such as: flu, injury, hospitalization or natural disasters. Other than the cancellation insurance, from the day of check-in to the day of check-out the following guarantees are included: healthcare during your stay, luggage coverage, theft, refund of the leftover sojourn days in case of premature departure for documentable reasons, roadside assistance. Free out side parking - subject to availability. Electric cars charging station. Rich dinner with starters, first course, second course, dessert, vegetables buffet, fresh fruit. Every evening choice between 5 first courses, 5 second courses and a variety of desserts. Gluten-free menus and breakfasts (not avaiable on Christmas and New Year's weeks) and vegetarian alternatives. Dinner is included with half-board but it is always possible to choose to eat at our restaurant. Tea-time with home made cookies. Discount on admission at QC Terme Pozza di Fassa. Discount on sports equipment rent. Bike garage or in winter ski room with boot warmers. Skibus stop next to the hotel.

City tax not included in the price (2 euro a day for each person over 14 years old).

Conventions
Conventions for: staff of the State Police and first-degree relatives; civilian personnel of the Ministry of the Interior; retired members of the State Police and the Ministry of the Interior: 20% discount on the listed rates for all employees and first-degree relatives (not combined with other offers) for a minimum stay of seven days except: from 26.12.2017 to 06.01.2018 and the first three weeks in august.QC Terme Pozza di Fassa: -10% discount on entry tickets.
