Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, we provide you with the following information:

5. The provision of data is optional for the purposes mentioned in point 2. Refusal to provide us with all or part of your personal data or authorization to process them could result in failure or partial performance of the contract or non-performance of the assignment.
6. The provision of data is optional for the purposes set forth in Section 3, and any refusal to provide us with authorization for such processing may not result in the non-performance or partial performance of the contract or the non-performance of the assignment.
7. The data may be disclosed, exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes, to specific parties including the recipient of the gift certificate, legal or tax advisors, public safety authorities, in order to fulfill the above-mentioned obligations. The data may also occasionally come to the knowledge of companies related to us, parent companies or subsidiaries, within the limits of the purposes indicated above or for reasons of internal organization. Other parties may become aware of the data in their capacity as data controllers or processors. Under no circumstances will the processed personal data be subject to dissemination.
8. Even personal data classified as sensitive, i.e., data capable of revealing racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs in general, political opinions, membership in parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as personal data capable of revealing health and sex life, may be processed with the written consent of the person concerned (where applicable) and subject to authorization from the Guarantor for the protection of personal data (Article 26 of Legislative Decree no.196/2003), in the manner and for the purposes indicated above.
